We may use third-party services to process payments. We reserve the right to reject or cancel your order at any time for reasons including product availability, description or price errors, order errors, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.

Digital products are delivered automatically or manually depending on the product. Codes and keys are shown in your order dashboard, while top-ups and subscription activations are delivered to the UID or email address you provided at checkout. Please double-check these details — we are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect UID or email supplied by you.

Any contests, giveaways or promotions offered through our services may be governed by separate rules. If those rules conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will apply.

Some products are sold as subscriptions with a fixed validity period. Subscription products must be renewed manually from our store unless stated otherwise on the product page. A valid payment method and accurate billing information are required for every purchase.

Prices may change at any time. Any change takes effect for new orders only; orders already paid for are honoured at the price shown at checkout.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy, within 30 days of the original purchase.
